Reservations

In order to reserve lanes, you must reserve and pay for a minimum of four lanes. All lane reservations will be charged by the hour beginning July 1, 2008 unless you reserve a birthday party package.

1. The size of the group must be larger than 15 people.
2. You must call at least 7 days in advance to request a reservation.
3. Reservations are required to make 1 payment. We do not allow guests of the reservation to pay individually.
4. We have 3 reservation coordinators on staff. If they are not available when you call, you may leave a message and they will contact you. **YOU DO NOT HAVE A RESERVATION UNTIL A COORDINATOR CALLS YOU TO CONFIRM THE DATE AND TIME** Please allow 2-3 business days for a call back.
5. Effective immediately, the Games Area will require a valid credit card or departmental recharge number in order to confirm your reservation request. The credit card or departmental recharge number will be charged in the case of "no shows" and non-payment. In order to avoid being charged, reservations must be canceled in writing to gensiwabessy@ucdavis.edu at least 48 hours before the event. If a party is not canceled, we will consider it a "no show" and will charge the credit card or department the full amount of the event based on the expected number of games or a $25.00 processing fee, whichever is greater.
