The 25-acre Equestrian Center operates an extensive year-round English and western riding program, horse boarding facilities, and features a 45,000-square-foot indoor riding arena, four barns, and several pastures. Whether you’re brand-new to the sport or an experienced rider, you’ll gain skills and confidence under the direction of our professionally trained staff.

Stalls Available for Students!
The Equestrian Center currently has stalls available for undergraduate or graduate students. Take advantage of our convenient on-campus location and ride on any or all of the equestrian teams that call the EQC home. We boast many riding spaces, including a grass derby field and surrounding hilly galloping track, a supersized covered arena, regulation dressage court, two additional outdoor arenas, and several turnouts. The facility is fully staffed with four resident barn supervisors for 24/7 care. Stall board included daily cleaning and twice daily feedings of grass and/ or alfalfa hay. Summer Session I Lessons Open for Enrollment 6/4/13
Summer Session I lessons will be available for registration online starting 6/4. Session I runs from July 2nd through July 28th. Session II will run from August 12th through September 9th. Come ride with our experienced instructors and gentle lesson horses; we have a match for all types of riders. Summer is a beautiful season to take advantage of our supersized covered arena at the Equestrian Center. Come make a new friend and learn a new skill. Lessons will be open through July 1st for registration. Space is limited so sign up early!
Guardian Angel Training
The Guardian Angel training series will run concurrently with Lesson Session I. The training series is required for all individuals wishing to participate in the Guardian Angel program at the Equestrian Center. Important aspects of horse care, horse behavior, and safety will be covered. Upon completion of the training series, participants will be assigned a horse and be ready to enjoy being a Guardian Angel!
